Damages & Claims

If a stone is found loose inside the package, it is not considered damage. This may occur during transit.

You can easily fix it using Fevistick or a similar adhesive.

If you’re unable to fix it, feel free to reach out to us—we’re happy to help.

🚚 Other Damages
To ensure fair processing of damage claims, we require a valid unboxing video as proof.

📸 Unboxing Video Guidelines
To be eligible for a claim:

The video must be continuous, uncut, and unpaused from the moment the parcel is opened until the issue is clearly shown.

Submit the video within 3 days of receiving the product.

Videos of already opened or repackaged items will not be accepted.

Send your video via WhatsApp to +91 97905 45824 along with your Order ID.

Once received, we will review the video and respond within 36 hours with appropriate action.

Refund

Refund within 2-3 days once the process done.

⚠️ Important Notes
Stone falling inside the package during transit is not classified as product damage.

We ensure that all products are quality-checked before dispatch.

Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted.

Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the case of verified transit damage or manufacturing defects.
